Day 1 -3
Simple items: Local Water, meats only- no sauces, steam vegetables.
Upon waking: 6:00 – 7:00 am
Drink 12 ounces warm water- with 1/2 tea spoon of tumeric powder, 2 slice of lemon or lime ( do not squeeze) . Mix and drink.

8:00 am steam fish – season sea salt, garlic and onion, can add other local seasoning. – no vegetable oils.
10:00 am – 11:00 am- 12 ounces plain water with slice lemon
12:00 noon steam fish with steam vegetables – large amount
1: 00 pm 12 ounces plain water with lemon or lime slice

2:00 pm – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM -5:00 PM Grill chicken with steam vegetables


5:00 – Exercise- any movement, Breathing exercises
12 ounces tumeric, lemon, room temperature water
6:00-8:00 Bush tea of your choice no sugar
