Juice Fasting

Here is a suggested 7-day raw vegetable and fruit juice fast menu:

Day 1:

  • Breakfast: Apple, carrot, and ginger juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Watermelon juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, pear, and lemon
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Pineapple and cucumber juice
  • Dinner: Beetroot, carrot, and apple juice

Day 2:

  • Breakfast: Orange, carrot, and ginger juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Cantaloupe juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with kale, celery, cucumber, parsley, pear, and lime (very small slice)
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Carrot juice
  • Dinner: Green juice: cucumbers, celery, ginger and basil juice

Day 3:

  • Breakfast: Cucumber, spinach, and apple juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Watermelon and mint juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with cucumber, spinach, fennel, pear, and lemon
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Blueberry and apple juice
  • Dinner: Carrot, spinach & ginger juice

Day 4:

  • Breakfast: Pineapple, kale, and ginger juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Wheatgrass juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with kale, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lime
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Orange and carrot juice
  • Dinner: Green pepper and celery juice

Day 5:

  • Breakfast: Carrot and ginger juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Grapefruit and orange juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with kiwi, pear, spinach, and cucumber
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Pineapple and ginger juice
  • Dinner: Beetroot and apple juice

Day 6:

  • Breakfast: Watermelon and strawberry juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Mango and orange juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Grapefruit juice
  • Dinner: Carrot, beetroot, and cucumber juice

Day 7:

  • Breakfast: Pineapple, orange, and lemon juice
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Kiwi and apple juice
  • Lunch: Green smoothie with spinach, cucumber, parsley, and pear
  • Mid-Afternoon Snack: Carrot and ginger juice
  • Dinner: Beetroot, carrot, and lemon juice

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day and to listen to your body’s signals. If you are feel ing hungry it may be an indicator that you should drink more water. Also remember for simplicity a mono juice fast is very beneficial. Research more on mono food fast.
